Huom tuhkarokkovirus kuuluu Mononegavirales  lahkoon paramyxoviruksiin, joten  tuhkarokkorokotuksen hyvä kattavuus olisi pohjarokotus Afrikassakin.  Aikuisilta se varmaan puutuu ja alle puolet lapsista näyttä esim Sierra leonessa  saaneen  tuhkarokkorokotusta. Tuhkarokkovirus on myös .ssRNA viruksia kuten Ebola, joka on Mononegavirales lahkoa. Olisi hyvä tarkistaa että kaikilla ontuhkarokkorokotus, se voisi aktivoida  adaptiivista immuunivsteta ebolapreventiivisesti nyt. Tuhkarokko on lisäksi Paramyxovirusryhmää jossa lie eniten  ebolankaltaista  virusstrategiaa.  verrattuna moneen muuhun virukseen.  Kommentti 25. 11. 2014
